Terms of Service
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of these terms, please contact us at contact@officialartapparel.com with your comments before placing an order.

These Terms of Service and your use of our website are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms of Service have been designed for use within Australia and under Australian law. While we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside Australia, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside Australia complies with any applicable non-Australian laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A contract between the customer and Official Art Apparel for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be dispatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice (please refer to our Refund Policy). A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate (please see delivery times and charges).

Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused except to try on*, and with the original packaging.

We do not charge to send out your replacements. For more information, please visit our delivery and returns page.

Coupons & Promotions
Official Art Apparel occasionally runs limited-time promotions and/or offers discount coupons on merchandise sold through the website.

Extending the validity of promotions and/or coupons is at the sole discretion of Official Art Apparel.
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or offers unless specifically noted.
Coupons, offer codes, and promotions may also be withdrawn or ended at any time without prior notification.
Limited edition items are offered for a limited time or a limited number. It is at the discretion of Official Art Apparel to re-introduce or make available items after the promotional period or available stock has ended.

Refunds
Returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our ‘buy four items and get the cheapest free’ offer and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the three items you kept.

If all items from an order are returned, any free gift included with that order must also be returned.

Official Art Apparel eGift Cards
We offer eGift Cards which can be purchased only from Official Art Apparel. These are sent to the beneficiary via email to the email address nominated when completing the order. These can be downloaded and printed.

eGift Cards cannot be replaced for cash or credit on your account. A refunded voucher will be returned to the voucher purchaser by the method they used to buy the voucher. If an order is paid for by a gift card and a refund is requested, the portion paid by the eGift Card will be returned to the eGift Card.

All eGift Cards expire 180 days from the day they are purchased.
